PPG announced a high-performance topcoat to its PPG SELEMIX® portfolio of light industrial coatings across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
PPG Selemix 7-140 high-solids topcoat delivers durability, high-gloss appearance, and application versatility. This makes it ideal for products used in demanding environments such as agricultural equipment, construction machinery, and other industrial applications where maximum performance and long-term protection are essential.
PPG Selemix 7-140 coating is suitable for application through conventional spray guns, air-assisted airless spray equipment, and electrostatic spray equipment.
It is compatible with PPG Selemix epoxy and polyurethane primers, creating a highly durable, hard-wearing paint system tailored for industrial use.
PPG Selemix 7-140 coating has been certified up to C5M performance, indicating a high level of protection in industrial applications, in accordance with the key ISO 12944-6 norm when used as part of a complete PPG Selemix paint system.
