One of the well-established companies in the chemical industry, Kayalar Kimya celebrated the 50th anniversary of its operations with a special employee event. The company prioritized sharing its half-century of success and future vision with its employees.

In a video message, founder Yılmaz Kayalar shared his reflections on the company’s founding process and its development up to the present day, emphasizing that the company’s core values have remained unchanged since day one. Board member Tolga Kayalar highlighted the decisive role of teamwork and corporate culture throughout this 50-year journey and drew attention to the importance of the human factor behind this success.
