Gemini Industries, Inc. announces three key leadership changes that strengthen its sales organization and position the company for continued growth across North America.

David Potter, a long-tenured employee-owner with extensive experience as regional sales manager, has been promoted to director of sales. In this role, Potter will oversee all aspects of Gemini’s sales strategy across channels, aligning with the company’s long-term vision for growth and market leadership.

Dustin McCartney has been promoted to regional sales manager – East. He will be responsible for strengthening the Gemini presence in key markets, continuing to build relationships with customers and mentoring and managing members of the sales team.

Gemini welcomes Wilson Feliciano as business development manager – East. Feliciano will focus on generating new business opportunities for the Gemini family of brands, particularly in historically underserved areas. With prior experience supporting polyurethane technologies, Feliciano brings industry knowledge that will help expand Gemini’s market presence and strengthen its sales pipeline.
