Śnieżka Group strengthens its presence in Central and Eastern Europe by establishing two new subsidiaries: in the Czech Republic, Poli-Farbe Czechia s.r.o., and in Slovakia, Poli-Farbe Slovakia s.r.o. 

These entities will be responsible for the sale and distribution of products on the Czech and Slovak markets under the Poli-Farbe brand.

Piotr Mikrut, President of the management board, said, “This will allow for more effective coordination of sales and development of presence in these countries. This is a natural step, given the proximity of both markets to Poland. An additional advantage of the approach is our modern Logistics Center in Zawada (Podkarpacie), which ensures efficient service of these directions.”

The new companies will be created as limited liability companies, and FFiL Śnieżka SA will be their sole owner. After the registration is completed, the structure of the Śnieżka Group will include eight entities.
