RadTech Europe appointed Holly Steedman as its new President. Steedman takes over the role from Angelique Runacre, following the successful completion of Runacre’s term.

As President, Steedman will focus on maintaining RadTech Europe’s role as a trusted platform for technical insight and open discussion, while supporting the evolving needs of the UV and EB value chain — from material development through to industrial implementation.

Angelique stated, “Being President of RadTech Europe has given me great insight into how our technology continues to grow and evolve, and remains key in enabling industry and academia to innovate and overcome many of the challenges posed in today’s ever-changing environmental and business landscape. During my period as President, I have been particularly proud of the increase in membership numbers and whole value-chain representation within the RadTech organization. I am looking forward to Holly’s presidency as we continue to build on initiatives, such as the Ambassador program and our online seminars.”

Steedman has been an active member of the RadTech Europe community for many years and previously served as Vice President, working closely with the board and member companies across technical, regulatory, and educational activities. 

She brings a strong mix of technical insight, commercial experience, and industry collaboration to the role. Her background spans industrial print, coatings, inks, and curing technologies.
