Berlac Group has sold its subsidiary ISL-Chemie GmbH to European Master Batch N.V., a subsidiary of Sioen Industries.
ISL-Chemie, based in Kürten, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, is a leading developer and manufacturer of customized color pastes and in-mold coatings for polyurethane applications and the CASE industries.
Berlac Group will continue to focus on all its current business areas, with emphasis on industrial coatings and road marking.
Berlac considers Sioen Industries Group to be the ideal strategic owner to further develop ISL-Chemie GmbH.
No further divestments are planned.
