Duromar, a division of Blome International, is proud to announce that two of its products, Duromar HPL-1110-PW and Duromar GMC-PW, have successfully achieved product certification by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 as well as the companion standard NSF/ANSI/CAN 600 for Drinking Water System Components.

This certification enables the use of Duromar’s products throughout North America (United States and Canada) and in any global regions that recognize and follow the NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and 600 standards governing the health effects of drinking water system components.

The Duromar HPL-1110-PW is a long-term, immersion-grade epoxy lining system designed for full-scale potable water infrastructure. Duromar GMC-PW is a patching-grade epoxy compound engineered for minor repairs and localized rehabilitation.

While coatings and linings certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 are commonly associated with potable water storage tanks, Duromar continues to be a global leader across hydroelectric, pump storage, and water distribution infrastructure, many systems of which ultimately support irrigation and downstream water reuse applications.

Duromar has long specialized in zero-VOC, 100% solids protective materials. When paired with NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and 600 certification, these technologies ensure that Duromar’s engineered barrier liners remain non-toxic to installers, safe for the environment, and fully compatible with potable water and irrigation systems throughout their service life.

Both products are engineered for a return-to-service cure in 60 hours at ambient conditions, with no requirement for force curing or post-curing, minimizing downtime for critical assets.
