Superior Materials Inc. celebrates its 80th Year as a fourth-generation, family-owned distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients. To mark the occasion, the company expanded its partnership with PQ Corporation for the distribution of its high-quality silica products. 

Effective January 1, 2026, Superior Materials will assume distribution responsibilities for PQ’s Silica portfolio across an expanded region, including: 

North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Illinois, Louisiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Nebraska, Kansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi.

This expansion builds upon the company’s longstanding relationship with PQ Corporation and reflects the strong collaboration, trust, and shared commitment to delivering exceptional value to customers across the CASE, Constructions, Personal Care, and related performance-material markets.
