COIM SPA, a multinational company developing and manufacturing specialty chemicals since 1962, announces the completion of the acquisition of Notedome Limited. Notedome specializes in the elastomer sector, previously controlled by Manali Petrochemicals Ltd. (MPL).
The total value of the acquisition is 21.17 million pounds (approximately 247 crore Indian rupees), following receipt of all required regulatory approvals pursuant to the share purchase agreement signed on Oct. 20, 2025.
With this strategic acquisition, C.O.I.M. consolidates its international presence in the polyurethane systems sector and further expands its production capacity and technological expertise in strategic European markets.
“This acquisition marks an important step in COIM’s international growth strategy, strengthening our presence in the polyurethane systems sector and expanding our technological and manufacturing capabilities in Europe. Notedome’s experience and solid reputation in cast elastomers perfectly complement our portfolio and the culture of innovation that has always characterized COIM,” says Giuseppe Librandi, CEO of C.O.I.M. S.p.A.
